21 speakers and 26 presentations over this two day program -- we're working on finalizing the speaker schedule and presentation information!

Conference registration lets you choose between four (4) tracks, three (3) breakout sessions -- each day! -- and includes breakfast & lunch. Come for one day, or for both days -- it's up to you.

We're also featuring special half day workshops -- Steve Denning on October 18th and Lou Russell on October 19th -- for an additional fee. See the CCASTD Web site for details.

The event has three objectives:

• To provide learning & performance professionals with a peer-based learning forum where they can come together to share experiences and practical advice.
  
• To identify trends in the learning & performance industry and raise awareness of the ASTD Competency Model -- what it is, how it affects our industry, how it affects us as individuals.
  
• To develop a better understanding of how we can use technology to support and enhance our learning & performance initiatives.

All presentations address at least one of the nine (9) areas of expertise outlined in the ASTD Competency Model.
