My agency is currently in need of some conflict resolution training. We have 6 employees at one of our locations in Chicago that have conflcits very frequently, and we would like some type of modular training for them to learn conflict resolution techniques. All six employees are counselors with Substance Abuse. It would be ideal if we could find someone who has a social service background to conduct the training, but this may not be practical. We would like some recurrent training to allow them to practice techniques learned, then return to training to review and improve, if this is possible.
