Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology, Michael Wesch from the Digital Ethnography department at Kansas State University, has posted a rather clever and succinct video summary of Web 2.0.

The video explains the basic evolution of Web 2.0 and how it's changing the way we interact with information, the Web, and each other.

Not sure what Web 2.0 is? It's a phrase coined by O'Reilly Media in reference to a second generation of Web-based services.
