I am planning to conduct an on-line cultural survey this spring. The purpose of the survey is to capture employee attitudes about: the workplace, perf. mgmt, diversity, rewards & recogntion, benefits,etc. The group being surveyed is a approx. 800, at two Chicago locations.

I'll use an external vendor to help manage the process but what criteria would you suggest I use in selecting the vendor? Thanks!
